About the Space

ATTENTION BEFORE BOOKING -Please note we changed buildings into another studio. This studio is currently a shared room but walls were built to divide so you won’t see other people if two bookings happen at the same time for our other studio. Please do not book if you aren’t comfortable with sound issues. We will make sure that you have a fair booking with any sound issues if other booking is too loud. Again if you aren’t comfortable with possibly hearing sound if two bookings happen at the same time then this studio might not be for you . They are different studios but we have walls to divide you guys. PLEASE READ EVERYTHING... PARKING SITUATION: The Parking Lot Is Located On 1023 S. Los Angeles St. Los Angeles, CA 90015 United ( $10.00 Parking all day) States. As well as meter street parking on, MAIN, OLYMPIC, 11TH & LOS ANGELES. LAST MINUTE BOOKING FEE: $100.00 Any last minute booking fees and changing time/day of will pay an additional fee. Due to change of host schedule and possible bookings that could of been at your time and day. OVERTIME FEE: 1.5x the price Your booking is your set up and clean up time. Please make sure you are out by the end of your booking to avoid any additional fees. ELEVATOR: Our building elevator is open 24HRS (THE IS WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE let the host know before hand so they can help!) CAUITON: (We do allow smoking so please be cautious if you have any sensitivity to smoke of any kind.) TIME: If you book our space please arrive a little bit earlier due to parking situation (although you can park in the lot for $10) and trying to find our door. When your booking space is done please make sure to finish on time or else you will be charged a fee for the extra time. EXTRA FEE CHARGES: Altering Sets Fee: $100.00 -Ruined Sets -Ruined Lights -Ruined Equipment Last minute booking fee: $150.00 Last minute rescheduling fee: $150.00 Pet Fee: $100.00 NO SMOKING ( FEE FOR SMOKING DESPITE THE RULES IS $100.00 ) NO ALCOHOL ( THE FEE FOR ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION DESPITE THE RULES IS $100.00 ) Due to the practice of social distancing we are limiting the space to 10 people or less. We appreciate your cooperation. Anything more will be charged accordingly. The space is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week with a minimum of 2 hours. Your booking includes full use of every section within our walls, including all essentials.
