Great space for a small wedding and reception! Having chairs, tables, a loading dock and sound system (with mics!) and a small kitchen onsite and available to use made for a really smooth experience on our big day. Thanks again for hosting us, Michael!

Large and beautiful space is available to rent for weddings, memorials, community gatherings, yoga classes, workshops, dances, children's birthday parties, photo & video shoots and more! This 4,500 sq.ft. space overlooks Lake Union, and is located just a few blocks north of Gas Works Park. It features a large dance floor, kitchen, extensive sound system, and lots of gym/play equipment. AMENITIES available for additional flat fees: Use of in house sound system + mics Projector + Large Screen (invite guests to join you via zoom!) Folding Chairs Round or Rectangular Banquet Tables Tall Round Cocktail Tables Trampoline, Aerial Silks, Balance Beam, and other gymnastics equipment available upon request!
