HUGE OPEN ROOFTOP! This 1 bedroom apartment is on the top floor of a building with exclusive and private access to an enormous and beautiful rooftop with views of the Hollywood Sign and Griffith Observatory. Open the lounge room door and walk out onto the huge rooftop with incredible views of the Hollywood Sign, the hills of Silverlake and mountain ranges to the north. 360 degree views in every direction with incredible sunsets every night!! Half of the rooftop is beautifully furnished but the rooftop is so big that the other half is left empty. Inside is a newly painted and renovated 1 bedroom apartment with very bright natural light and views towards the Hollywood sign. There is a very bright and spacious living and dining area that is nicely furnished and very comfortable for clients and/or crew. The space is perfect for a photoshoot or production - there's a custom-made high top table in the dining area which is a perfect hair & makeup station, plus a good sized bedroom ideal for a wardrobe/changing area.
