Gorgeous, spacious loft space in the heart of Pioneer Square. PERFECT FOR: Intimate events, pop-up dinners/brunches, workshops, happy hour meet-ups, yoga + wellness retreats, art showcase and much more. WHAT YOU GET: Beautiful room with 16ft tall ceilings, epic arched window, plenty of natural light, brick walls + hardwood floors, access to restroom and the option to use any of the furniture/plants/props in the space. Images 1-9 show the studio (and props) available for rent, and images 10-15 show the back living room. Price listed is for the front room alone, however if you looking for kitchen access and/or are looking to utilize the living + dining room space as well (with the green velvet couches and long wooden table), just reach out and we can create a custom package that works with your needs! PLEASE READ: - the unit is up a flight of stairs and there's sadly no elevator, so please take this into consideration - this is a LIVE/work loft space, meaning I and my partner live here and will likely be on-site. We just moved into the space at the start of July so odds are either he or I will be around, either working or cleaning/building up the space. The loft, however, is large enough and has a sliding tinted door in between the back half and the front, so noise transfer and overall privacy will likely not be an issue! - please incorporate pack-in and clean-up time into your rental period! - Questions/concerns?
