About the Space

PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION BEFORE INQUIRING. This loft is our home and we will not just rent to anyone. Please write us a brief description of what your use is in the loft, how many people will be here, and confirm you are ok with a household that has pets. Although our pets will not be around during your booking, we like to make renters aware in case of any allergies to dogs or cats. 1500SF is your useable space. There is a restroom and all of the props that you see in the photos plus we’ve added more since taking these photos back in August. Windows are south and west facing. Beautiful natural light all year long! Space is on a 2nd floor walk up. Please be ok with quirks of a 140 year old building and stairs. We do have a large open kitchen that can be utilized if requested- otherwise is off limits during bookings.
