2500sf 136 year old historic exposed brick loft located in the oldest neighborhood in Seattle, Pioneer Square. A south + west facing entire floor unit features 9 8ft windows in the main area, 2 8ft windows in the bedroom, and a large industrial kitchen with fire escape, 1 bathroom with a shower and 8ft window. The loft is a 2nd floor walk up and is relatively quiet. We have hosted films, commercials, interviews and many many photoshoots over the last 3 years! FOR ANY SORT OF BIG PRODUCTION OR FILM: RATE IS $200HR WITH A $250 CLEANING FEE. FOR ANY EVENTS RATE IS $200HR WITH A $250 CLEANING FEE. We’d love to host ya!
