About the Space

A NOTE: this is our primary residence and we do have pets but they will not be around the main bookable area shown in the photos during your booking. Please respect that this is our home and follow space rules and instructions you receive once booked. We are very clean and tidy and you will not find pet hair etc during your stay. The space can be used for film or photography. Has gone through both, and it provides a fun, relaxed, and unique experience! The overall space is 2500SF. (please read entire thread) Your useable space is 1500SF. WHAT'S INCLUDED: Large, open living area with connected dining room and 9 large windows of natural light surrounded in brick! Moody green bathroom. Sofa vignette + many props! ***Please be ok with the quirks of a 135 year old building with no elevator, walk up stairs only*** ___________________________________________________________________________________________________ Nudity is allowed. 2 hour minimum however a 1 hour slot is allowed but rate changes to $125.00hr. This listing price is for photography use only. Events range $150-$200 hourly depending on the type of event and comes with a $250 cleaning fee for after the event. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________ A reset fee of $150.00 will be charged if you fail to reset the space properly and clean up after your rental. Please include any set up or breakdown time in your booking. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________ ANY SORT OF FILM OR BIG PRODUCTION IS A SET DAILY RATE OF $2000.00 or $250HR depending on how many hours requested, and comes with a $150 cleaning fee for after the production.
