Quaint and bright hillside home with amazing views and tranquil vibes. Walk up the stairs to your Spanish cottage to a spacious deck with plenty of seating and great views of both city and mountains. We have a smoker grill on the deck along with a table and chairs. One very special thing about the house is that there is a ton of natural light. We have a bathroom to do hair and make-up and a spacious kitchen with an island where you can put food out. We have a traditional coffee pot for your use and provide both regular and decaf coffee for you to enjoy. We offer great heating and air throughout the house if needed. Another special aspect of my home is that it is completely private as it sits above the neighboring homes. Equally special is the back deck which is accessible from the side gate and both bedrooms. There is a large pergola covering it with lots of Wisteria covering most of it, which provides a lot of nice shade. This home would be great for a film shoot or a small and intimate wedding ceremony or shower.
