Set on a large gated lot and perched on a bluff in Highland Park this 1948 early Mid Century home features a great room with 11' beamed ceilings, crisp white walls, light oak floors, and neutral furnishings is the perfect location for your next shoot! Two original covered patios (now fully enclosed) allow the great room to be filled with natural light, but free of direct glare or shadows making it an ideal space to bring your own lighting. The large driveway with additional 3 car carport make the ideal staging zone while a large bedroom in the main suite is the perfect dressing room. A separate (but connected through a locked door) 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment and our 1966 Cortez Trailer can be included for an additional charge.
