About the Space

The Fold Property is a 2500 sgft fully furnished venue located in Greenpoint, Brooklyn with speakeasy vibes unlike any other venue in the surrounding areas. The venue is adorned with custom carpentry features, adjustable lighting fixtures to suit preferred ambiance, and a wide variety of amenities guaranteed to keep guests entertained. The property is also full of a wide variety of entertainment including: a pool table, a stage, 2 dart boards, a vintage Pacman arcade machine, two 72" art TV's, one 93" media room TV, a variety of games, and free WiFi. Needless to say, the space is perfect for a wide variety of events and we would love to be considered for yours! Some examples of types of events for the space include, but are not limited to: bachelor/bachelorette parties, birthday celebrations, production/photo shoots, corporate mixers, product launches, concerts, family reunions, meetings, stand-up comedy shows, fundraisers, cooking parties, and even the option to include overnight stays. PLEASE NOTE: Our pricing structure is based upon the total amount of guests and the day of the week: weekdays are understandably less expensive than weekends. Please inquire about pricing by sending a message to the venue manager through Giggster as sometimes the pricing can display incorrectly via the Giggster calendar. The cleaning fee is paid directly to the venue as well as the 100% refundable security deposit. No outside DJs permitted.
