About the Space
Beautiful 4-level wooden decorated 2000 sq ft townhouse with 4 bedrooms, home theatre room and lots of sunlight. Our house is perfect for photoshoots for house hold equipment, interviews, corporate photos etc. This house is usually fully booked for vacation rentals - please shoot us a message with your dates and your purpose. We are open to all sorts of photoshoots, except that we ask for 1. Maximum people limit to be 8. We have security cameras on perimeter of property and will strictly enforce this limit. 2. We do not allow modifications to our fixtures, moving furniture, or installing/drilling holes on to our walls. 3. We require proof of insurance with us listed on insurance 4. If necessary for your photoshoot, please show proof of photoshoot permit 5. Please do not run loud music or loud noises, particularly after evening times as we are in a residential neighborhood. The house was in a perfect location, close to the store and several restaurants. It was well-maintained and had several facilities. My friends and I really enjoyed the roof deck and the home theatre. We will love to stay here again!

If you are in Seattle and looking for a homely place to stay, you should check out this beautiful property! It is a pretty little house exactly as shown in pictures. It has all the basic facilities. The kitchen is well-equipped and has everything you'd possibly need during your stay. I loved how the house was so clean and had a modern interior. Highly recommended!

Eva's house was beautiful and aesthetically decorated. Bonus points for cleanliness! It had an ideal location as a number of eateries and cafes were in its close viccinity. The house had a bus station right next to it, so it was very convenient to tour the city during the day. Eva was a wonderful host. She was easy to communicate with and made sure we felt at home. 100% recommended!
