Curated Industrial Set in Frogtown ( Silver Lake / Atwater ) This is a painting Studio designed by Artist. All furniture are easy to move to create your space. 3 walls divide the space in 3 open areas. 2 roll garage doors , one of them directly in to the street for easy upload and download material. Perfect for fitting room, pop ups, photo shoot, filming, brainstorm meetings and mostly a very inspiring place to create and work. Im also open to give space for long negotiated stay to another artist or writer that needs a hidden spot to create things. Located in the hearth of Frog Town, next to LA river, La Colombo Coffee, Wax Paper and Spoke Café. In addition there is a possibility of rent a next door parking spot, also. But this will be through different host. Aircon and Heating.
