This full furnished creative space comes with a full size bathroom, kitchen with high end utensils, a vocal recording station, a writing area and beautiful views of the city from the balcony. The recording station is equipped with a Mac mini M1 computer, Logic Pro X(10.8), Audacity, 1 Aston Spirit Microphone, 1 Audio Technica At2035 microphone , an Apollo Twin audio interface , an audient iD14 audio interface. A host of vst plugins for pre & post production of any kind. This space is most ideal for: Spoken word events, sip and paint events, yoga studio, tv/film & music writing, production planning, song creation & beat making, practice reading & performing scripts with peers( table readings), photo shoots and much much more!
