This home has an excellent floor plan consisting of a generous entry with curving stairwell, large living room, formal dining room, paneled den with fireplace, powder room, separate breakfast room, updated kitchen, double maids with bath and a lanai which leads out to the yard and pool. Upstairs there are 3 family bedrooms each with its own bath. There are hardwood floors throughout. Renting the pool for your next photoshoots and films will give you access to all the facilities outside the house.
