About the Space

This estate is located in the prestigious Beverly Hills area just minutes from Rodeo Drive, The Beverly Hills Hotel and Sunset Strip. Has gate for security and privacy. This house is more than 4500 square feet and offers lots of sunlight perfect for Photographers, photo shoots and your next film shoot. A private driveway parking for 8-10 cars and ample free street parking. The house is gated, private and beautifully preserved with a private back yard. It offers a sparkling pool with multi-color available lights and fountains, jacuzzi, and waterfalls. There are multiple fire pits and ample seating areas. The house also offers a beautiful and large built in BBQ and wet bar. One of the best features is the outdoor covered patio with 4 sets of French Doors leading to the dining room and formal salon. The family room and dining room feature 12 ft high ceilings, a large stone fireplace, a piano and granite wet bar. The kitchen has a dome shaped ceiling with rope lights. It is built with large custom built granite center island. It is equipped with double Wolf ovens, microwave oven, Sub zero refrigerator and freezer, and a 6 burner Wolf stovetop. Plenty granite countertops and a breakfast area with granite table seats 8. Private gym available for use for additional $100. Pool may be heated for additional $150. Requires advance notice

    Ryan and Sabrina were extremely accommodating from start to finish. They were flexible beyond belief and the space was perfect for our backyard wedding. Every question we asked was answered in a timely manner, and overall the host was super responsive. We are grateful to have been able to host at their home and our guests absolutely loved their experience as well. Would book again but not planning on getting married for a second time :)

    I had the most wonderful experience! The home is spectacular. I held a holiday dinner party for my team and everything was exquisite. The host was phenomenal. Hands down one of the best experiences I've ever had. Highly recommend this home and the hosts. The host made sure I had everything I needed. Honestly the absolute sweetest!
