About the Space

Charming furnished 1920's Spanish with step down living room, beams, wood burning fireplace and picture windows with vista to lush garden. Unusually large terraced garden/forest...Sunny bedroom up with views of garden and one down, accessed from main floor or separate outside entrance. Lovely dining room with wood beams, sunny breakfast room, den open to garden with large sofa that can accommodate a guest. House is tastefully furnished. Grand Steinway in Living room for music buffs. A very comfortable, peaceful environment. Former home of Orson Wells! I charge $400 per hour for film and video. The rates are indicated for still shoots. Rates are different for video production. Reach out with the details of your project to get your final quote. The house is two blocks out of the city of Beverly hills and does not require permits.

    Nandu was the most exceptional host and the house of course was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our production. Nandu allowed us to switch curtains to match our color palette and offered us use of her kitchenware which was so helpful for our dinner-party themed shoot! The talent and crew were so happy to shoot here. It was perfect and there were so many rooms that we didn't even get to using. Can't wait to come back again!

    Nandu was so incredibly nice and accommodating for our shoot, her home is gorgeous. She had cookies and brownies out for crew! There is plenty of free parking on the street. Her home has a lot of stairs, but it was not an issue for our load-in/out. Would love to shoot here again!

    Wow what a house!! We had a photoshoot and wanted to capture some classic Beverly Hills shots and this house was perfect! Each room was beautiful and had so much character so we were able to capture all kinds of content. The backyard was a garden oasis and I would definitely book again!! Nandu was so kinda and helpful and communicative!

    Nandu is a great host and extremely easy to work with. She was very accommodating and even left refreshments out for the crew! Parking was a breeze. Lovely venue.
