We do require liability insurance for all shoots.
You must add the Homeowners, under the Additional Insured section.
We offer a 3 car tandem parking for all shoots (included)
There is 2-hour parking available just a few houses away.
We also allow you to rent all day parking permits (so you wont have to move your car) for $50 per permit. (Only 2 Permits are available)
The price of $99 per hour is for 10 guests and under.
If there are more than 10 people in your cast/crew, then the price per hour will be increased to $130
Regular Hours Start from 6am - 6pm
Outside regular hours, Price increases to $200 per hour.
