VIDEO HOUSE TOUR: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IeSiWYbIj2M&t=100s QUIET and PRIVATE Property is situated on top of a canyon with a long private driveway. 4,200 Sq/ft 360 Degree canyon views Surrounded by nature, beautiful landscape and animals Parking available at the top of the driveway (8 cars) Traditional classic mansion Original architectural elements from the 1930's Ornate stonework Hardcrafted wood moldings and details 3 fireplaces, Library, spiral staircase, stained glass windows, french doors, hardwood floors Reminiscent of classic Hollywood Multiple patios, balcony, decks, and a spacious grass field, in a tranquil setting surrounded by nature, mature trees, beautiful landscaping, and canyon vista views. 4 different styled bedroom, 4 bathroom Office space This beautiful home is perfect for photo and video shoots to achieve the classic old Hollywood look. ***The advertised rate is based on a headcount of no more than 10 attendees (that includes camera/light crew, talent, extras) (Headcount Negotiable and rate will vary) for an 8 hour event*** (Rate will be raised if the headcount is increased) ****30 guests is the max capacity of the property. ***Security deposit to be negotiated and the amount is dependent on the headcount, hours and the insurance deductible. Refundable Security deposit must be paid in advance to reserve the date. ***Site rep fee is required for a minimum of $285/day depending on the length of the shoot. ***A special COVID cleaning fee will be applied ($300). ***Production Location insurance is required for the location (Min. $2 M policy). The insurance must name the homeowner and/or his company. ***An additional cleaning fee will be applied if the property is not left in the same condition when it was rented. ***Anything after 8pm is overtime and will be charged 2X the rate. *** Cut off time 11pm ***Professionals ONLY*** ***Eating and drinking allowed ONLY in dining/kitchen areas. ABSOLUTELY NO EATING AND DRINKING ON CARPETED AREAS! ABOVE PRICES AND RULES APPLY TO ANY TYPE OF RENTAL, INLUDING OUTDOOR AND INDOOR, ETC. Site scout fee $285, will be applied to the final booking amount.

Mike and Marina were wonderful hosts! We had a great experience shooting on their property and it's exactly as advertised in the photographs. They even lent us a few props we needed last minute and were very gracious to help out. Bonus if you're shooting sound is that it's very quiet. Would book with them again!

Marina was a great host for us. The location looked like the photos and we only ended up using the living room and the front lawn for our interview style shoots. It was quiet and secluded even though there was tree cutting happening on the main street below. It was exactly what we needed. Would return here to shoot again if the opportunity arises.
