***The advertised rate is based on a headcount of no more than 10 attendees (that includes camera/light crew, talent, extras) (Headcount Negotiable and rate will vary) for an 8 hour event*** (Rate will be raised if the headcount is increased)
****30 guests is the max capacity of the property.
***Security deposit to be negotiated and the amount is dependent on the headcount, hours and the insurance deductible. Refundable Security deposit must be paid in advance to reserve the date.
***Site rep fee is required for a minimum of $285/day depending on the length of the shoot.
***A special COVID cleaning fee will be applied ($300).
***Production Location insurance is required for the location (Min. $2 M policy). The insurance must name the homeowner and/or his company.
***An additional cleaning fee will be applied if the property is not left in the same condition when it was rented.
***Anything after 8pm is overtime and will be charged 2X the rate.
