Perfect for your next shoot, This exquisite 5,500 square feet French Nourmadie style mansion is located in the Beverly Hills Flats/Golden Triangle, one of the most sought after neighborhoods in Beverly Hills. Just minutes from Rodeo Drive and the Sunset strip, the estate is situated on a private 1/4 acre lot.
There is a large living room leading in to an 800 square feet,and dept for the camera, open family room. The family room features high ceilings and moldings throughout, a large stone fireplace, piano, and a granite wet bar, and plenty of natural light.
French doors lead from the family room into the yard and covered patio.
Built-in BBQ area with a concrete bar. BBQ includes a grill, burners, cutting station, and coal cooking area. Super private with tall hedges. lemon, blood orange, and many other fruit trees with fruit in blossom! The grass area is artificial turf.
The kitchen, with a large, custom-built granite center island, serves as the centerpiece for large scale service. It is fully equipped and includes a coffee maker, double Wolf ovens, microwave, large Sub-Zero refrigerator, toaster oven, 6 burner Wolf stove-top, and granite counter tops. The kitchen also includes an eat-in table for 6.
