1500 Square foot prime retail storefront in the exclusive Golden Triangle of Beverly Hills, just off Rodeo Drive. Large glass storefront window under chic awning and beautiful hard wood floors, mirrors and dressing area. Vaulted ceilings with lighting. Additional space: Upstairs loft Area with wrought iron railing. Seating area downstairs and upstairs. Beautiful white couches and modern furniture. The entire boutique can be EASILY emptied for an event and to make it your own space or pop-up. Easiest solution (which we have done before) would be for your to rent a Uhaul truck and load everything in it for the event and park down the street with one of our free parking passes. Then you have a complete empty space to work with. We have held events here with up to 400 + people. A/C and Heating temperature controlled environment.
