Arts District VERSA Production Studio: we provide multiple versatile backgrounds & props you can use for all your photography and video needs. All walls are limewashed beautifully in a variety of 4 colors. It has 2 moveable flats (giving you 4 extra wall options), a moveable arch, plus furniture & props you can use to curate your own set up. Disclaimer: Mobile walls may be moved at your own risk. If you are uncomfortable moving them, please ask the staff for assistance.This space is perfect for lifestyle shoots, sessions, e-commerce and content creation. Rooftop access may be available by special advance request on weekends. We also have both a digitech and videographer who can be on-site, subject to their availability, if pre-arranged. (please inquire for further details) Weekdays Minimum 2 hours (Starts at $125/hour) Weekdays Minimum 6 hours (Starts at $169/hour) Specifications: 2100 square feet and facing west. Extras: Kitchenette, private restroom, free wifi, clothing rack, steamer, bluetooth speakers, ample secured parking (free 2 hours) and a huge dock area and service elevators.
