Catering allowed

-A signed agreement with host must be completed before the start of any rental, with additional credit card authorization required -No smoking within loft or anywhere in building -Music played at moderate levels -Loft should be returned to "broom clean" condition, dirty dishes in dishwasher, trash (2 bag limit) left in garbage room. Kitchen should be returned to original condition. -Production / set materials must be removed from building -All materials brought in should be removed at the end of rental unless prior arrangement in writing, is made -No pets or animals -You cannot attach or mount anything to the walls by any means - staples, nails, pins, sticky-tack, tape, etc. -No smoke / fog machines / open flames -No spray paints, adhesives or other toxic aerosols anywhere in building -No splashing liquid effects -No glitter, confetti, powder or sand -To maintain professional use only, no one under the influence of alcohol or any drugs to be allowed in premises
