Christine and David were SO incredible to work with!! And such an AMAZING SPACE THIS IS! Our team loved every second. Christine was a dream to communicate with with quick responses. Our team filmed Christmas content here and everything about it was flawless. Christine and David were so accommodating. They truly go above and beyond and were so kind with our requests and questions. They are such a great team and our shoot couldn't have gone any more perfect than it did thanks to them! Looking forward to working with them in the future! The pictures of the house are already beautiful, being there was definitely so much more. The space is so diverse and cohesive at the same time! We were able to utilize multiple spaces and the preview of the film looks INCREDIBLE! Our team has done several shoots in between LA and Seattle and I have to say this has been my absolute favorite!

Pros and Cons of Estates in Seattle

Organizing estate events in Seattle can be a great way to enjoy the city's natural beauty and rich culture while spending time with the people you love. However, there are some things to keep in mind before planning your occasion. Here are some pros and cons to consider:

Advantages

  • Most Seattle estate venues are equipped with high-end amenities and kitchen facilities you can use for your overall convenience and efficiency.

  • Estate events are very personal, cozy, and intimate, suitable for private celebrations.

  • There’s no question that estate venues offer unique and romantic spaces and unmatched ambiance, creating lasting memories.

Disadvantages

  • Unless you live in the area, you’ll likely make long-distance plans and cannot oversee every detail.

  • There may be restrictions to how much you can decorate or add color to the estate venue since it’s typically private property.

  • You’ll need to work with the existing decoration and pick ornaments that don’t clash with the property’s aesthetics.

Tips on How to Organize Estate Events

Organizing an estate event can be a bit daunting, especially if you're unsure where to start. Here are a few tips to help you get started and avoid unwanted surprises:

  • Consider the occasion: Think about the nature of the event. Are you looking for a formal gathering or something more relaxed and casual? This will help determine the overall tone and feel of the celebration.

  • The guest list: You’ll probably want to invite as many people as you can. But if you’re on a budget, just include your closest friends and family members. Remember that your estate venue should accommodate your number of guests.

  • Think about the logistics: Where will the event be held? What time of day would be best? How will you handle food and drinks? These are all important details that need to be ironed out before the party can take place.

  • Don’t forget to plan for entertainment: Estate events can sometimes seem intimidating, so it's significant to include some fun activities to lighten the mood. Games, music, and good conversation are always welcome at any celebration.
