Sarah's place was the perfect setting for our lifestyle video and photo shoot. It was so thoughtfully decorated and the natural lighting was so lovely. I would definitely use this space again and recommend to anyone looking for a home-setting!

Oktay's space is thoughtfully designed, equipped with all the extra bits you might find yourself needing during a shoot, and our cast and crew were so comfortable for 10+ hrs. Instructions on how to clean the studio at the end of the day are clearly posted and cleaning supplies are provided and easily accessible. Oktay is very responsive and kind. If we needed a green screen room again, we'd definitely rebook.

Meg is so accommodating!! The house has so many lovely rooms. We used nearly all of them. Lots of space in the kitchen and dining room for people. One note- we needed some time to load in and the neighbors were very vocal and called the permit office if even one more car than allowed was parked and unloading gear. The limit is 4 cars total. Including the cars that park in the driveway. Otherwise, for our shoot the neighbors were very patient.

This is a fantastic space. Our shoot went off without any hitches. Lindsay was very communicative. It doesn’t get too hot and the a/c is quiet. Would highly recommend! Parking is a little tricky, but we found a lot of spots on Fountain ave nearby.

Tricia was a phenomenal host. The space was everything I expected and more! We had access to everything we needed and felt very welcomed. The only downside to this rental was that the clients didn't want to leave this magnificent home after we wrapped. Can't wait to rent again.

The owner, the bartender and the staff are attentive, professional and fun.The venue is intimate and yet spacious. My group had such a great night- the drinks were delicious and David the owner helped me find a caterer and a DJ. Total success thanks to his guidance and suggestions.

Incredibly gorgeous home! Inside and out. Amazing views from the large living room windows. And the home owners were an absolute pleasure to work with. Could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you both so much again! Hopefully this video gets a sequel and we get to work together again. 🤞
