This historic victorian is a jewel of Portland, was built in 1894, and has been remodeled inside and out over the last several years. It is a true icon. It has a fully renovated kitchen, designed by Penny Black Interiors. There is a parlor, massive dining room and a den, plus a side office/library space. On the second floor are four bedrooms and two full baths. The property features a double lot — 10,000 square feet — and plenty of outdoor space.
