This historic victorian is a jewel of Portland, was built in 1894, and has been remodeled inside and out over the last several years. It is a true icon. It has a fully renovated kitchen, designed by Penny Black Interiors. There is a parlor, massive dining room and a den, plus a side office/library space. On the second floor are four bedrooms and two full baths. The property features a double lot — 10,000 square feet — and plenty of outdoor space. It features an incredible wrap-around porch, rose garden and a yard that surrounds the home. In short, it is a masterpiece for your next photo shoot, commercial, etc.

    Casey was a fantastic host, our shoot went great and the crew had a fantastic time. Beautiful space, lots of different options for set ups. Definitely recommend if needing to film in the Portland area!
