This 1927 Tudor Fairytale House has been thoughtfully designed throughout. It was remodeled by two well know photographers and it is currently owned by a local Portland photographer, so we know that sun-soaked rooms and special details are important. With its coved ceilings, arched openings and built-ins, this house oozes charm. The numerous large windows let in gorgeous light all day long, while the white walls and white floors on the lower level beautifully reflect that light. The house is filled with high quality furniture, linens and accessories. There is a working, wood burning fireplace and a chef's kitchen that is stacked with handmade pottery and top-of-the-line cooking equipment. The skylight in the kitchen makes that room even more special. The lower portion of the house showcases a spacious living room, a beautiful dining room, the stunning kitchen and a full bathroom. Upstairs you will find two beautifully designed bedrooms, a newly remodeled and exquisitely tiled bathroom (with a skylight!), a bright office filled with plants and a serene sitting area that is located directly at the top of the stairs. When you ascend the second set of stairs to the attic you will discover yet another unique and stunning space. Vibrant, healthy plants are scattered all throughout the house. The backyard showcases a nice lawn, a picnic table and a seating area.
