About the Space
Historical registry, built in 1884, one of Portland’s first “mansions”. First house built in the hills, amongst other old Victorian and colonial homes. Sweet neighborhood with quaint restaurant and elementary school nearby. House was remodeled by Jessica Helgerson Interior Design. It was featured on the cover of Luxe Magazine in July 2018. We have 6 bedrooms for our family of 6 (4 children still living at home). Most of the home is in pristine original condition. Plaster walls, 5 massive fireplaces, inlaid hardwood floors.
