Primarily a Market Research Facility, this office space has been used for films such as Bruno, and been featured in various TV pilots, shows and commercials. Each room can be configured to your needs. We have tables and chairs, but we can clear out the rooms to put in your own furniture and equipment. Each room has a lounge and an observation room. Prices can be negotiable, depending on your needs. Prices listed are for one room, but we will work with you on pricing, should you choose to rent additional rooms, especially if this is a multiple day rental. We have a small room that can also be used as a make-up room and a cafe room that can be rented out. We also have a production representative, with experience in the entertainment business onsite, who understands production needs and will help in whatever you might need.
