Location: Nestled within a well-maintained strip of small businesses with close proximity to USC, Exposition Park and downtown Los Angeles, our space ensures convenient access for both locals and visitors. The Space: Our 1200 square foot space features a large white cube gallery area, a back room that can be used for multiple purposes, and a bathroom with exposed brick and an updated external sink. The space is on the ground floor with a secure gated front entrance. Fluorescent fixtures and track lighting, freshly painted walls, and a small selection of furniture are available to make any event feel like home.     This space was perfect for a last-minute photoshoot I had to organize for work. The space is clean and private with plenty of parking in the neighborhood. Greg and Karen made it really easy for us and were such a help getting things set up. I am definitely keeping their spaces at the top of my list for any professional or personal needs.     The space was perfect and bright. Exactly what I needed! There was also plenty of parking nearby which made accessing a breeze. Really glad this worked out last minute too, super accommodating and I'd highly recommend.

    I had a cocktail event last night on 1/15. The space was perfect for the event. It was clean and easily accessible being in DTLA. The hosts were so amazing and made set up so easy with our caterers. Tons of parking for everyone who attended. Karen was the sweetest! I will definitely book again!
