Located in the Forest Hill neighbourhood of mid-town is a contemporary white wall gallery space, featuring 11ft walls with modern concrete floors and special curved features, this space can be used for film productions, photoshoots, workshops, meetings and more. Natural light comes in thought the display window but can also be covered for privacy purposes. There are 24 track lights (new addition) with controllable and dimmable switches to select from. Lower level: In addition to the main street level lays a 500sqf basement area. All renters are welcome to enter and use the available parts of the lower level for their creative projects. * With the exception of moving or misplacing existing items, the lower level is a bonus space Props: * Chairs available * White rectangular tables.
