The Loft: Welcome to our spacious and natural lighting 3,300sq ft loft that is great for filming, photo shoots, interviews, youtube sessions, creative events, screenings, and reels. It has panoramic views of Los Angeles with the skyline that is breath taking. It has a large common area with 5 additional rooms in the back with industrial hallways ready for shooting or filming. INCLUDES: 3 Vacation Rentals Bedroom Set Workspace area Photo Lab with Makeup Bar & Dressing Room Photo Lab (White, Black, and Green Backdrops) Common Area 1000 sq ft Full Stocked Kitchen 1 large restroom FEATURES: The view of Los Angeles Skylights Concrete Flooring InCave Ceilings Full wall set of mirrors Projector Mounted in Common Area Bluetooth Surround Sound Furniture can be moved around if necessary. Schedule a time to view the place! The loft has 10ft ceilings with concrete floors that includes a full bathroom & kitchen. The loft is great for natural lighting especially the golden hour. It has large wide (50inch) windows that can be covered with curtains that can block bright lighting. Some Props around the loft can be used as well for shooting. Upon arrival, there is an loading/unloading zone (yellow curb) right in front. Loft is located on the 11th floor. Elevator Dimensions (non-freight): 50inch X 45.5inch X 6.5ft Elevator only arrives to the 10th fl, use the stairway to approach 11th fl (18 steps). Location: Located in the heart of LA close to the Arts District, Jewelry District, Fashion District. Many bars and shops within walking distance including Vincent Court, Grand Central Marketplace, Starbucks, Hookah Bars, Karaoke Nights, Clubs, Pershing Square Park (5 min walk) and much more. Food Shopping - Whole Foods (8 min drive)
