You get the entire massive outdoor area with a large wooden and flagstone deck, a beautiful pond with a fountain and day bed, and areas for outdoor dining and dancing under the stars. This place is set amidst a breathtaking natural backdrop, with rolling hills, mountain views, lush greenery, and a tranquil atmosphere that enhances any event. Flat yard perfect for catered events, drive-in access, parking, and events underneath tranquil ancient oak trees. Private, fully fenced, and gated, you would think you've disappeared from the noise of LA, yet an hour from downtown LA. We provide the outdoor area, you do your own catering, drinks, music, and decorations. Expansive Parking Lot: There is a generous parking lot on-site, capable of accommodating a large number of vehicles, from RVs to cars. Pricing does not include the use of the INTERIOR of the main house. Filming is not permitted inside. We live/work in our home and will be available to ensure the success of your project.
