I rented this home for my boyfriend’s birthday party. The owner was very respectful and answered all questions I had about the place. He let us use all of his systems and set them up for me when I asked. It is cheaper than most places you can rent and it’s beautiful!

This location has amazing views at a great price. Galin is a wonderful host and is very accommodating as well as respectful of privacy. This location was perfect for my event/photoshoot. Galin let us come early to set up and the house was nicely cleaned. Great to book for late-night shoots that go into the early hours of the morning (2-3AM). Galin fixed all our problems and carried out our requests, we were able to visit the house a few times before deciding and he worked with our schedule. Overall great experience withv a very accommodating and accepting host.

We had a team-building breakfast meeting with 20 employees of our business on the magnificent patio of this property. This was exactly what we were looking for - an inspiring, beautiful place that would show our employees that we appreciate them and that would allow them to relax for a few hours and enjoy the ocean and rolling hills views of our beautiful Palos Verdes. The property looks better in real life than on the pictures. It was tastefully appointed and very clean. The owners were super sweet and accommodating. The communications were a breeze - quick responses, prompt answers to any questions, detailed instructions for parking/entering. No issues of any kind. This is a very versatile location. While we had a great meeting there, I can totally imaging a photo or video shoot there that would be just as successful. I saved this property to my “favorites”, hope to use it again!
