If you are looking for a closer desert… a gritty gas station… a cinematic Meth Trailer… or??? we might be just the spot. **because of the nature of productions ** Please confirm all dates with us before scheduling the talent or others that are unmovable for days.*** We cannot fully use the Giggster calendar as it does not allow for soft hold days*** It is a multi-use space behind our home. Includes, a real Auto shop or Gas Station, abandoned trailer, Hide out one industrial building, One shipping container interior (with roof access), a burned out truck, a car graveyard, fire damaged areas, open areas, 4 secluded canyons, pepper trees, a beautiful desert mountain background, with golden (or green) hillsides, like Afghanistan or many other places. The mountain range allows for a nearly 360 view. The vibe is authentic backdrops for photoshoots or fashion (Vogue, BillBoard, "True Lies" with Arnold Schwarzenegger) Could be a base camp and filming area at the same time, with lots of room for crew, equipment, parking and craft services on our 8.5 acres property. This rental price point does not include the inside of the house….Restrooms are open to all guests. Just an Old Gas Station, a Mechanic shop, little Metal Building, type place but so interesting, and a Desert Cyn. with a Dry River, It's like an Abandoned Movie Ranch Hideout, with a Trailer, Shipping Containers, Pepper trees, a burned truck in another canyon, a backyard, a small pond can be easily created, vista views up a little road. Authentic, Shoot ready, or you can work changes in nudging the scene into different form. Its a great place. This is a creative playground for Filming or Photo. The trailer can be moved to the desert, or placed like a camp ground among the trees, or positioned between the shipping containers. The trailer is worn and used, with a box or two of easy dress props inside. The Gas Pumps can be stashed out of sight and most things are on wheels. I've got stuff stashed all over to make things go smooth. It is very important that your production is successful. There is a shipping container open for filming inside, it has a dark interior with access to electricity with the doors shut.   The Metal building not only is a versatile Mechanic Shop but it has also served as a live recording stage for MTV, and with simple changes by art dept. (Ask about our new convenience store, and pawnshop package.) Soon there will be a prison cell, the cage is here waiting for the story. In the canyons there have been Indians, Cannibals and Vampires, Hippies, Soldiers, Moses, Cowboys, Aliens, Gangsters, Gypsy's and there will be others and their stories will be told in this place designed for the creatives to come and paint with light to put on display.   Sometimes the garage area is a fine set up for crafty and HMU & wardrobe and at other times you might need the house with AC set up for your own needs. See add-on. Simple rules, easy requests, normal stuff, a safe zone for the creative mind. We are just on the edge of town, inside the First Zone TMZ and close enough to Starbucks and places to get all sorts of food or supplies in moments.
