We were able to get all the footage we needed on his set and Scott pointed out many functions of the locations that actually made our day run faster! My team and I are incredibly grateful Scott was able to squeeze us in for our weekend shoot.

Its a multi-use space a private unique spacious friendly area behind our home. Which includes, a real Auto shop, Gas Station, an abandoned trailer, Hide out one industrial building, One shipping container interior (with roof access), a burned out truck, a car graveyard, fire damaged areas, open areas, 4 secluded canyons, pepper trees, a beautiful desert mountain background, with golden (or green) hillsides, for that "Afghanistan look". Previously used as an explosive testing & creative demo area for a special effects & stunt company. This mountain range allows for great high and low camera angles and positions. These authentic visual backdrops are good for Halloween photoshoots or fashion (Vogue, Schon!, BillBoard) , pieces of"True Lies" with Arnold Schwarzenegger, the full scale fighter Jet green screen shots were filmed here. Could be a base camp and filming area at the same time, with plenty of room for crew, equipment, parking and craft services on this 8.5 acres property. This rental price point does not include the inside of the house. Restrooms are open to guests. Just an Old Gas Station, a Mechanic shop, little Metal Building, type place but so interesting, and a Desert Cyn. with a Dry River, It's like an Abandoned Movie Ranch Hideout, with a Trailer, Shipping Containers, Pepper trees, a burned truck in another canyon, a backyard, a small pond can be easily created, vista views up a little road. Authentic, Shoot ready, or you can work changes in nudging the scene into different form. Its a great place. This is a creative playground for Filming or Photo. The trailer can be moved to the desert, or placed like a camp ground among the trees, or positioned between the shipping containers. The trailer is worn and used, with a box or two of easy dress props inside. The Gas Pumps can be stashed out of sight and most things are on wheels. I've got stuff stashed all over to make things go smooth. It is very important that your production is successful. There is a shipping container open for filming inside, it has a dark interior with access to electricity with the doors shut. The Metal building not only is a versatile Mechanic Shop but it has also served as a live recording sound stage for MTV Push with Jessie Murph, and with simple changes by art dept. made into a convenience store. Soon there will be a prison cell, the cage is here waiting for the story. In the canyons there have been Indians, Cannibals and Vampires, Hippies, Soldiers, Moses, Cowboys, Aliens, Gangsters, Gypsy's and there will be others and their stories will be told in this place designed for the creatives to come and paint with light to put on display. Sometimes the garage area is set up for crafty and MRU and at other times you will need the house set up for your own needs. Simple rules, easy requests, normal stuff, a safe zone for the creative mind. We are just on the edge of town, inside the TMZ and close enough to Starbucks and places to get all sorts of food in moments. On a clear night you can see the stars bright in the sky and we do love a night shoot. Your team must book Scott's locations! There is absolutely no better place to film than at Scott's place! He is extremely resourceful, knowledgeable, and supportive. Every member of our crew and team mentioned how great he is. We shot SIX locations with Scott and we probably could have shot more if we had more time. We're definitely coming back with our next production!
