About the Space
A bit rundown, “trailer” no motor, it’s a house on wheels… it’s homey but like if you grew up in a really bad place. Featured in Vogue with Sydney Sweeney 7/22 It has a big 3 ft x 13’6” pop-out that makes it a little over 10 feet wide inside at its widest. Rough looking, white exterior, grey & white formica marble interior with scratches, stains, warps and tape marks, kind of dark wood cabinets, basically grungy aesthetics. Faux wood vinyl flooring, with marks and stains. 4 sets of curtain options, some dated, some frayed. Practical lights mostly work. Windows all around. Bedroom, and back bunk bedroom. Built in tables kinda janky, comes with some props, and furniture if needed. 1984 19” tv (Works, snow on the screen) a small safe, Comes with an assortment of dishes beer cans red solo cups, some trash, soup and beans, a coat of dust on practically everything. We are allowing stunts inside. We’re hoping the cabinets stay intact, if you “break a window” you just pay for it…. But there’s a bit of tape and screws holding things together, and we’re not going to go crazy on you if you do a little damage. Nobody’s counting scratches on this vehicle. Nonworking refrigerator, (Maybe but it’s not plugged in) unusable bathroom, but it’s there… stove (the same, we’re not turning on gas in here.) There is a new cot, and a film only used small mattress. We’ve had a small fisher dolly inside so it does support… I don’t know about 600 lbs? small one. The door is 28 inches wide. Inside height is 6 foot five, With a pop out being about a foot shorter. It has one sliding door to section off the bedroom & some leftover closet space. We don’t allow climbing on top but we have set up some rigging equipment up there. It has a back door. There’s a few mirrors around with the dulling coating sprayed on them. No Heisenberg, no bullet holes and to the best of my knowledge nobody has ever cook meth in it. I do have a couple refrigerators that you can film through the back of though. We had an 6 arm glowing head alien party in here with a Samoan guy, Dani Thorne (Bella‘s sister) had a little rave party set up in here once. Tom Sizemore shot Jesus on the couch, and his cocaine went all over the place. (That’s hard to explain sometimes) But I think I got up all the blood stains up… So it’s a picture ready. There are interior electrical outlets. Electricity supplied onsite no extra charge. It does not have a built-in generator. It’s heavy (9700lbs) If it runs enough I’ll try to set up power for the AC but not right now. We do have a portable unit. If you got any questions just ask. You may see it dressed in different ways in these photos everything pictured is not available except for the things I listed in here.
