About the Space
The house is located on a quiet street with two entrances. Very easy for large trucks/vehicles. Plenty of street parking. There is an empty lot (about 3 houses wide) across the street. Although the lot itself cannot be used for parking, it allows for plenty of space on street in front of it. 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, large tv/playroom (full bath attached), office with 2 desks, 2 car garage. Covered patio with modern rectangular pool, spa, gas fire pit with seating, large palm trees and outdoor kitchen with AMAZING VIEW! Large concrete side yard that is great for catering on one side and small area on other side with 3 mature fruit trees and small kids “pirate ship play house”. Dark wood flooring and white octagon bathroom tile throughout. Downstairs has a formal living room and dining room with 20 foot ceilings, large staircase, bright updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, light filled living room with fire place and shelving, informal dining area and wine bar. Play room and office are also located downstairs. Upstairs has large master bedroom and master bath with vanity area on ones side and 3 children’s rooms with shared children’s bathroom.
