8.5 acre ranch with 2 bedroom/2 bath home, big well lit interior finished garage with a lot of elecrical ports perfect for staff/crew base setup, craft services, talent makeup and personal belonging storage. On site fully functional welding fabrication/automotive shop with twin post hoist. Property also has a large guest house, motocross track and swimming pool with rock waterfall. Huge 80+ parking availability on the property for talent, staff, craft services, grip trucks, camera vehicles, Star Wagons, etc. Additional parking area outside front gates. Hundreds of props on premises, straw bails, trash cans, water tanks, swimming pool toys, dirt bikes, quads, trucks, boats, tires, gardening tools, fire hoses.

    This place was amazing! Seriously A+ location. Highly recommend! Frank, the host was very accommodating, he gave us everything we expected and more. Couldn't not have been happier! Quick responses, photos and solutions. Plenty of parking and great views.

    Frank was a great host! He was around to help us as we needed, but otherwise left us to it. I'd definitely recommend Reaper Ranch to other folks for filming.

    The location was perfect for what we needed it for. It's a great private desert location so you have pretty free range of that type of property. We didn't up being able to use the inside but Frank was accommodating in setting up the garage as well as the patio for us for holding which worked well. I would use again.
