2214 sq ft, 2 story home in a quiet neighborhood w/ NO HOA. Easy access & ample parking. Easy access to large, open back yard w/ lawn, brick & concrete patio & built in BBQ backs up to accessible landscaped hill w/ no neighbor’s directly behind. 3 bdrms up (master, guest & 1 currently “bare bones”) 1 down (converted to an office) Entry, living & dining room w/ high ceilings & wood beam. Kitchen remodeled w/ granite, xtra large island, stainless appliances, high ceiling & dropped wood beams. Family rm w/ used brick fire place just off of kitchen making it a large area w/ sliding glass doors to back yard. Distressed hardwood floors down w/ carpet in living & dining rm. Has been listed as “Anywhere America”. Owners easy to work w/ & open to most changes necessary to accommodate filming. Security system & outdoor cameras for safe keeping of equip over nite. Lot avail for base camp 1/2 mi. Site rep fee waived under certain conditions. Also avail: 2001 white F-250, white F-150 wk truck, Matte black Harley Street Glide, 2020 white Sequioa, orange 69 Chevelle SS, 2001, 80's moped (prop).

Absolutely NO food/drink permitted inside home unless necessary to a scene & removed immediately. THIS INCL. EVERYONE!

Water may be consumed inside but never placed on furniture.

ALL floors must be covered prior to any crew or equip entering the home. This incl. downstairs, upstairs & stairs.

If something spills, don't attempt to clean it up, alert owner immediately.

Owners must have access to office @ all times. Owners sensitive to filming needs.

Owners must be given a min of 1 wk notice if garage is needed in any way.

Any equip left over night must be out of the way allowing owners to move about home safely.

Owners must be able to sleep, shower & prepare meals safely during non filming hours.

Any indoor furniture moved to outside, must be elevated & covered completely. Owner will provide means to elevate & cove

No tape of any kind to be used on furniture or cabinets. Nothing is to be clamped or attached to furniture.

Pls don't drag furniture across the wood floors or carpet.

No cooking or preparing of meals without prior approval from owners.

Prod to provide own means to keep food/drink cold/hot.

No loud noises outside after 10 PM.

If using homes central air/heat be mindful of open doors. Home is older w/ poor insulation.

Prod to provide all paper goods incl. TP, paper towels, hand soap, plates, napkins & utensils ect...

Prod to provide trash bags for indoors & outdoors. Owner will provide @ least 2 outdoor barrels.

Prod MUST take ALL trash @ the end of ea day. Owners pick up is limited & wild animals will get into it if left outside.

OWNER HAS A MIN OF 3 DAYS TO INSPECT FOR DAMAGES BEFORE SIGNING ANY DAMAGE REPORT.

AGAIN, ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING IN FRONT OF ANY NEIGHBORING HOMES. EVERYONE MUST PARK UP THE HILL. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Keep in mind that no one & no equip enters the home prior to floors being covered so pls plan accordingly.

You'll be given a hard copy of the above to initial & return to owner.

You are responsible for informing all crew/actors etc... of the above.

Use of restroom(s) for a crew of 15 people or less is allowed

The place is even more beautiful in person and Bonnie is a wonderful owner. Very accommodating, extremely friendly to everyone and vastly experienced with hosting events. Would definitely book again.
