IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR BOOKING To film on our premises, please provide Liability Insurance and a Permit. We do not allow access without this. Situated within a sprawling 9500 sqft space, the space offers a versatile setting with 15 distinct cubicle stations. This blank canvas is primed for various filming needs, whether it be for offices, stations, headquarters, and beyond! This is the perfect blend of functionality and aesthetic appeal. AC HOURS Air conditioning services are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, and on Saturdays from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. Please note that there is no AC service on Sundays. For after-hours AC usage, a fee of $100 per hour applies, with a mandatory three business days' notice for activation. Parking options are available onsite for an additional fee. Alternatively, there are numerous parking lots conveniently located across from our building, offering full rental options to accommodate your needs.
