About the Space
Nestled in the heart of the Upper Beaches, Beach Hill Studio is a multi-use event space perfect for small business owners, photographers, videographers and digital content creators. In this newly-renovated Victorian home, you'll find white-washed Parisian parquet flooring, large black-framed windows and tasteful millwork which will truly awe and inspire. Inspired by Scandinavian design, all home furnishings bear a natural palette and are either vintage or of high-end contemporary design. Motivated by a minimalist approach, Beach Hill Studio is meant to serve as a canvas for your creative endeavours. With full access to a living space, dinning area, chefs kitchen, bathroom and mater bedroom with vaulted ceilings, Beach Hill Studio is full of possibilities and the perfect backdrop for your next project! Wifi, Sonos Speakers and free and ample parking is available. STUDIO RULES - PLEASE READ - A studio manager will be onsite for the duration of your booking. They will offer you full privacy but ensure your needs/ questions are addressed. - Smoking, alcohol consumption, loud music and partying is strictly prohibited. In addition, outside food, drink, candles, open flames, sparklers, confetti, glitter, etc. is forbidden on studio grounds. - Under no circumstances can the studio space be used to shoot discriminatory, prejudicial, racist, violent or pornographic content. - The studio space is someone's home and as such, you are required to leave it in the same condition you found it. Shoes, heavily-dyed clothing, spray tans, strong-smelling perfumes, etc. are strictly prohibited. - Furniture cannot be moved or rearranged. - Under no circumstances can anything be attached/ adhered to the walls or ceilings. Failure to comply with the above will result in a minimum cleaning fee of $200 added to your booking. If there is evidence of damage to floors, walls, furniture or the general space, you will be responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement of the item. Thank you for your understanding.

Beautiful space, and exactly like the photos. It was a gloomier day and it was still quite bright in the space considering. We held a social photoshoot and got so much amazing content we're going to be able to use across our company platforms. Mona's property manager, Sean was also on-site and was so kind/accommodating throughout the entire day helping us get set-up and answer all of our questions. Mona also was flexible to allow an earlier start time. I'd definitely re-book and recommend this space to anyone looking to book for similar style shoots.

Absolutely beautiful space! Mona answered all my questions before the booking and the on-site property manager was helpful while promptly staying out of our way to shoot content. We thoroughly enjoyed the space and all the different rooms we had access to. We will definitely be back to shoot more content for our candle business in the future.

Such a beautiful space. Mona was very quick to respond and easy to communicate with. There was a house manager on site on the day of our shoot and he was really helpful and made the shoot so easy. Would definitely shoot here again.

I shot product content at this space and it exceeded my expectations! The space is clean, bright, modern, minimalist...I could go on. The host was very accommodating of my needs and the on-site property manager helped me navigate the space and address any questions I had on the day of the shoot. I will definitely use Mona's space again. I highly recommend this space!
