This luxury penthouse is well lit due to the floor to ceiling windows surrounding the exterior of the unit. It is wheelchair accessable, located 36 floors in the air and only one block from the Wellsley subway station. The suite is west facing, making it ideally situated for amazing sunset lighting through it's giant windows. The suite has an open floor plan which features a wooden dining table that comfortably seats 6. Just off to the right is the lounge area which includes a 56" flatscreen TV with access to Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, Spotify and more. Please note that the suite is equipped with high speed internet (600+ Mbs). The full size kitchen includes an oven, stove top, microwave, microwaveoven, coffee machine, full sized fridge, a dish washer and all necessary untensils for 6 people to have a 3 course meal. It also features a front facing /counterbartop and 3 bar stools, which make it easy to simultaneously cook and socialize. The fully marble en suite washroom will always be well stocked with all the basic washroom necessities.
