About the Space

Open space with dry bar area, Stage colored lighting, and JBL Speakers, Mixing Console and 3 wired mics. Space has two large TV screens, back sitting area and backdoor load in. 3 men & 3 women restrooms in hallway in front of space. Space is intended for mature crowds, currently ONLY HOSTING RENTERS 25+ YEARS OLD. Not interested in hosting young college parties at the moment. Selective of the type of events hosted. Positive good vibes only! PRICE INCLUDES 3 SECURITY GUARDS, required for events passed midnight (1 at front door, back door and main space)This space is new and will be upgraded weekly. Open floor plan, space is good for parties, fashion shows and more. You may bring your own liquor with 'Outside Liquor Fee' add-on, or we will provide a cash bar with 'bartender' add-on. Cleaning fee is $300. FYI price for is events till 2am. Events going from 3am-6am additional $100 per hour.
