    I would recommend this space for a studio style photo shoot (bring your lights as natural light is limited). I would also recommend this space for small gatherings, it's big enough that you can flex it to meet many intimate gathering needs. Friendly and responsive host. If you are filming something that requires a QUIET space- I do NOT recommend this venue due to tons of typical city neighborhood noise (firetrucks, trains, etc.) which also caused visible shaking when filming. I'm naming the practical limits of the space based on it's location as it relates to how you want to use it. Photography, it'll work fine. Small social gathering, all good. Quiet space to film, nope. Neighborhood noise is NO fault of the host, who again, was exceptionally responsive and courteous which is why they still get a solid 5 stars from me. I would recommend a professional grade cleaning that must include those windows and window sills, I used a window sill to pose for a photo and the seriously caked dirt, and mystery stuff that was on those windows and window sills was disturbing.

    We had a fantastic experience booking the loft. David was responsive from the beginning until the day of the event and very helpful upon our arrival. The loft is a great space that lives up to its charm. It's the kind of space that allows you to use it and your imagination. We hope to book the space again in the future.

    David’s space was nice and versatile. David communicated quickly, efficiently, and was available during our time in the space. Lights were easily accessible, the furniture was easy to rearrange, it was spacious, and clean. I would highly recommend booking this space for photo shoots, podcasts, events, etc.
