Extraordinary historical home built in 1910 by the same architect that helped to design Atlanta's famous Fox Theatre. Once called the Gentry-McClinton House, this home features Neoclassical architecture, including a full width, pediment front portico supported by Doric Columns. It is a two-story, yellow brick home, which also features a detached 4 car garage with 2nd floor guest suite, carriage house with 2 apartments, a duplex and an additional cottage. The front facade contains three bays separated by pilasters corresponding to the columns. On the first floor, centered within the three bays, are French doors with simple detailing. There are magnolia and other historic trees on either side of the front lawn. A horseshoe drive leads tangent to the front portico and is entered from the street via historic yellow brick gateposts. The yard once contained a greenhouse (only the foundation remains). Minimum pricing is only applicable to small-scale productions and regular events. Larger productions will need to contact owner for further pricing details.
Large beautiful home just as pictured. Very clean and great communication with host. Would highly recommend filming at this location to others.
