About the Space

PLEASE NOTE: Our office hours are Monday through Friday, from 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Any messages received outside of that time will be answered as soon as possible during our business hours. If you have a scheduled booking with us, a Studio Host will be available by phone up to 10 minutes before your booking start time. This studio is a 3,000-square-foot creative space designed for photography and videography. The stage features matte white wooden walls with natural lighting above, making it a perfect space for product, lifestyle, and corporate productions. We are nestled in the heart of the historic West End, just 5 minutes from downtown Atlanta and the West End MARTA Station, within a warehouse-style loft complex. With over 3,000 square feet of open space, our studio rental space is fully equipped to accommodate photography studio rentals, video studio rentals, film production, and private studio rental needs. Our studio rental space is always open to new clientele and partners with creative ideas. DISCLAIMERS • Any booking requests made within 48 hours are not guaranteed. • To allow adequate time to clean our studio, we schedule a 30-minute buffer between consecutive bookings. RESCHEDULING POLICY Guests may reschedule a booking for a $50 fee. To avoid forfeiting your booking reservation, we must be notified at least 48 hours in advance. Any rescheduled booking must be: For substantially the same duration as the original booking Rescheduled for a time within 90 days of the original start date Rescheduled only once WEATHER & EMERGENCY POLICY In the event of inclement weather or a declared state of emergency—including but not limited to tornado warnings, snow, ice, severe storms, power outages, or unsafe travel conditions—Chil Studios reserves the right to mandatorily reschedule bookings for the safety of guests, staff, and studio hosts. Rescheduled dates will be coordinated based on studio availability, and weather-related reschedules will not incur an additional rescheduling fee. • The stage is not guaranteed to be freshly painted before your booking. Please contact us to inquire about our fresh stage paint fee. • Upstairs access is NOT included in the rental. • Vehicles are not permitted inside the studio under any circumstances. WEAPONS POLICY Chil Studios and Met Atlanta enforce a strict no-weapons policy on the premises. “Premises” includes all public or private buildings, driveways, streets, sidewalks, walkways, parking lots, parking garages, or other parking areas owned or managed by Met Atlanta. Chil Studios forbids attendees from possessing or using dangerous weapons, including but not limited to firearms, explosives, knives, guns, or any item deemed dangerous at our discretion. A license or permit to carry a weapon does not supersede this policy. Any attendee in violation of this policy will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
