Great space in the heart of downtown Atlanta. It can be used for luxury events as it serves as an art gallery. This 2500 square foot space features a 9-Ton Vault with safety deposit boxes in the basement great for a backdrop or music video. Luxury Curated Events, Intimate Weddings, PhotoShoots, VideoShoots. The space comfortably holds 40-50 people seated and up to 75 cocktail style. The rental fee is $225/hour for anything less than 4 hours with a 2 hour minimum (1 hour set-up/1 hour breakdown). Production rates $250 an hour (2 hour min) Main Floor & Vault Level. Production rates $500 an hour (2 hour min) Full Building *Holiday Rates: $400 per hour for December bookings. Already booked for NYE.
