Clean, classy, and professional doesn't have to break the bank here, we have conference rooms and meeting rooms for breakout sessions. Our space has been utilized for everything from auditions to photoshoots, mini-conferences, and professional YouTube content creators and podcasters. Everything went swimmingly. We were able to enter and exit seamlessly, and the entire space was clean and ready for use.

Overall the facility was nice and I was able to move around and do what I was prepared to do however, when it came to entering the facility, I receive no instructions or a code on how to enter the owners establishment. I was waiting outside for an hour while someone else was using the facility, which was perfectly fine with me because I understand that the facilities are being rented out by an hourly basis, but however, once again, if I would have waited until the previous renter completely exited the building and shut the door, I would’ve been locked out and had no way to enter into the building. this is the next day and I still have not yet heard from the owner on how to enter in the building. I booked the facility way enough in advance to receive instructions on how to enter and to the building and the morning of my booking, I reached out an attempt to figure out how to enter into his establishment and I still haven’t heard anything yet. I would like to go back and rent this facility again because once again it’s a nice establishment and it’s easy to move around while doing my filming or meetings, but I am afraid that I will not be able to enter if there’s no one else booked before I am that is one of my main concerns so not only will. I lose money, but I will also lose time when it comes to my production and when it comes to my casting crew, I am taking up their time away from their families, their jobs and other responsibilities as well

This was amazing. Preston did an amazing job with every request. It was promptly answered . The space is perfect for an office setting for my film, and I will be definitely using it again in the future.

This was a great space to shoot my podcast. The space was clean, easy to access, and very quiet. I was able to meet a few other people that were working in the space and everyone was very pleasant. I look forward to using this space again.
