About the Space
This office is the perfect location for an industrial shoot, mechanic shop, police station set up, parking lot video shoot or anything else you can think of! This location gives you plenty of room for trailers, trucks and cars of any kind. The space is full of light, spacious, and has plenty of room inside our meeting area and all three individual offices to fulfill all of your needs for shooting, makeup and/or changing rooms. We look forward to serving you in a clean, welcoming and professional manner.

The movie scenes we filmed in this office turned out amazing.

Great place to shoot for an office scene! It's very spacious, and my crew was easily able to maneuver around the area. There were also plenty of great amenities add it to it such as chairs and tables, and the host was very open about moving things around, which was certainly a necessity for our shoot. It's also for cheaper than any of the other office locations I could fine, and the host was fine charging me a normal rate for the overtime. It was also perfectly quiet on the inside, which was great for sound! I would highly recommend this place if you're an independent filmmaker looking for an office location that won't break the bank!
