About the Space

This 12,000 SF basement space has several open and interconnected rooms, some with natural light and some without. It’s extremely versatile for film or video shoots as well as other types of production. You can rent either an individual room or the entire space. It has power and easy load in access. We will be able to accommodate private event rentals in the near future as well!
