An Industrial Warehouse located in the fashion district of Downtown Los Angeles. A 3500 sq. ft compound that features a TV Wall, Cyc Wall, and clear view of DTLA.
FYIs and Rules
TV Wall
-Do not turn on or off TVs or place any objects on TVs. Please ask for assistance if needed.
-You can display any image or video via provided in-house PC. Files can be transferred via cloud or USB drive. No outside devices are permitted to connect to the TV Wall display without prior approval.
-On-site support is limited to turning on and off TV wall; no on-site tech support is provided.
-TVs are vintage and are subject to flicker, fuzz, rolling, and other inconsistencies. No guarantee of TV behaviour.
Cyc Wall
-13’ wide
-While it is cleaned between bookings, it can have some markings from prior use. It can be freshly painted if requested in advance of start time for an additional $25 fee.
Plexi-Glass Platform
-4’X6” and holds up to 2 people.
-Keep wheels locked while in use.
-It is recommended to use a polarized filter on camera.
Parking
There is metered street parking all around the building.
RULES
Noise & Hallway
The volume must be reasonable and must be lowered in response to any complaints.
No partying.
No loitering in hallways or stairways.
Entry & Loading
Your site rep will assist you and your guests with entry into the building. All guests must be escorted by your site rep into and out of the building. Please ask your site rep for assistance.
A passenger elevator is available for persons and small, hand carry equipment.
For larger equipment, a freight elevator is available 9-6 M-F and subject to availability.
COVID-19 Compliance
Masks are required in hallways and elevators at all times.
The maximum number of persons in the room at any time is 10.
Violations/Terminations
VIOLATE OF RULES CAN RESULT IN TERMINATION OF YOUR BOOKING. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR BOOKINGS TERMINATED FOR RULES VIOLATIONS.
