    The space is absolutely gorgeous and cinematic. Practical lights already make for decent lighting. Communication from host was excellent and fast. The only thing to keep in mind is that if you have a large cast and crew, it'll feel tight. But I recommend this space 100%. Our footage looks gorgeous!

This once 1,300 sqft retail space was converted into a true Speakeasy! Nestled away in the heart of East Hollywood, you’ll automatically be transported to the 1920's the second you walk through the door. Dim lighting and a beautiful floral velvet wallpaper adorn the entire space. Every piece of furniture and decor was collected by the owner, a very enthusiastic antique's collector. The space features six rooms; all fully furnished and decorated uniquely, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped bar with an ice maker, sink, 2 wine and beverage coolers, and a microwave. Prohibition is over, so bring your own alcohol! The parlor area has 2 round high top cocktail tables with 2 stools each, and 2 standard size round tables with a bench and 2 lounge chairs. ***Please keep in mind that the pricing DOES NOT apply to holidays; additional fees will occur to any booking made during any major holiday.
